Clonakilty “Slisíní” Rashers were added to the Clonakilty family of products in 2003. We have continued to expand our rasher products since and most recently added two new Dry Cure Rashers – Clonakilty Traditional and Clonakilty Beechwood Lightly Smoked – made with 100% premium Irish Pork and cured slowly for great taste & flavour.
 
Just like all of the Clonakilty products, our rashers are made using traditional methods and the finest of local ingredients.
